Google and Apple Maps used to be so silly. Though, Google will still happily give you silly routes if you ask it to!

That ferry ride is in Indiana and is literally like 100ft across a river.

TIL: You can ride a bike from the border of Wisconsin to the border of Indiana almost entirely on bike paths.

I believe they are working to connect Detroit all the way through Michigan's Upper Peninsula through trails/bike paths. which for the non michigan person should know that's about 10 hours of driving
